We recently completed a loft conversion on Fordham Road Cockfosters. The main goal here was to create extra space to bring in a new bedroom and en-suite bathroom to the space above. If you see the outcome of this project through the images below, we have created a stunning space without compromising the home. We have installed state of the art velux windows to bring the extra light to rooms above and therefore creating extra room in the main home too.
