Progress On 2 Loft Conversions

Well, we are always happily busy working on some stunning loft conversions in North London and Herts and these two projects are coming along nicely. Claremont Road is nearing towards the end and Monks Avenue is just being kicked off with the timber being laid to create the structural layout.

This stunning loft conversion is well in to the latter stages now and you can see from this picture that our guys keep a tidy workplace. Working closely with our partners MSK Designs who produced the designs for us, this loft conversion is a great example of utilising every inch to give a fantastic conversion. We don’t want to give too much away, but watch this space for the finished project images.

Monks Avenue

Here you can see the timber cipro online frames have been in put in to place with the roof raised to create the space in the attic. The precision carpentry can easily be seen in the formation of the roof and we are excited to see the finished results. This stunning New Barnet loft conversion is going to be a great one to showcase!

As a reputable building company in Barnet we are always looking to work on new and exciting build projects in the North London and Hertfordshire areas and throughout May we have been busy working on two projects as per below.

STATION ROAD NEW BARNET

A fantastic progress image of our development on Station Road, New Barnet. This is a two storey rear extension added to a detached house with a full refurb and additional loft space. We are excited to see the results of the amazing architectural design from our partner company, MSK Design. PARK ROAD NEW BARNET

Some serious machinery on Park Road in New Barnet last week! Our Development of a basement extension and refurbishment to create a brand new living buy ambien space required a large crane in order to pour the concrete for the base slab of the extension. We have been putting in some serious labour to get the ground work ready and it’s great to see the build coming up out the ground now!
